- Upright deep vacuuming of the material
To remove any kind of dirt or dust from the material before we start the process. - Pre-Treatment
To prevent “setting” any stains or marks, we first pre-treat the material to break down soiling and loosen stains. This is done using a suitable detergent based on the types of fibres and stains we’re dealing with. - Spot stain removal
It could be coffee, wine, vomit, blood, pet urine, or some other “disaster”. We have a wide range of stain removal products ready to use the perfect one to get that stain out. - Carpet agitation, deep massaging of the material with soft brushes
Ensures that dirt and grime are effectively loosened and removed, promoting a deeper clean and extending the lifespan of the carpet. - Hot water extraction
This is where the magic happens. We use industry-leading equipment to apply hot water to the carpeted areas, shampooing and cleaning the fibres whilst extracting any dirt and germs. Our powerful hot water extraction machines even have built-in heaters to keep drying times short. - Sanitiser and odour neutraliser
You (and your guests) want carpets that look clean and smell fresh. With every clean, we apply a deodoriser and sanitiser. This kills the odour-causing bacteria and gives a fresh smell to your home. - Stain protection (if you wish)
If you want to guard carpets and upholstery against future accidents, we offer stain protection as an optional extra. This stain protector helps keep away stains and lengthens the life of your carpets.
